Registered 501(c)(3) organizations receive a 20% discount on all flat-rate and hourly work.

Prepaid hour blocks available: Purchase 5, 10, or 20 hours upfront at a discounted rate ($65/hr). Hours roll over and never expire. Good for businesses with ongoing IT needs.

These are the most frequently requested services. Price is per job unless otherwise noted. Jobs that fall outside this list are billed hourly.
Prices are estimates for standard setups. Complex configurations may require additional time billed at the hourly rate — we'll let you know before proceeding.

What if my job isn't on the flat-rate list?
Anything not listed is billed at the hourly rate. We'll give you an estimate before starting so there are no surprises.
Do you charge for travel?
No travel fee for locations within King and Snohomish County. For locations at the edge of the service area, we'll let you know in advance.
How does remote support work?
For issues that don't require a physical visit, we connect securely to your computer and work through the problem. Remote sessions are billed at the same hourly rate.
What counts as a nonprofit rate?
Any registered 501(c)(3) organization qualifies. Just mention it when you reach out and we'll apply the discount automatically.
How do prepaid hours work?
You purchase a block of hours upfront at a discounted rate. Hours are drawn down as work is completed. Unused hours roll over — they don't expire.
Do you require a contract or retainer?
No. All work is project-based or hourly with no ongoing commitment required. Prepaid hour blocks are optional.
